# Tokenomics of Ortusol Cannabis Asset (OCA)

Ortusol Cannabis Asset (OCA) tokenization allows participants to own a fractional share of real hemp production, with each token **representing 54.4 kg of hemp over a six-year production cycle on 0.003 hectares of land.** Token holders can either redeem their cannabis or opt for Ortusol’s commercialization service, where we handle the sale on their behalf through pre-secured market agreements.

#### Token Sales **structure**

100,000 OCA tokens have been issued, with a face value of $20 USD per token, distributed in four staggered sales stages.

#### Cannabis Redemption and Commercialization Process

* At the end of each production cycle, token holders can redeem their allocated hemp.
* For those who opt for Ortusol’s commercialization service, the redeemed cannabis will be sold through pre-secured agreements with buyers in Spain, the UK, Germany, and Australia.
* Proceeds from commercialization will be converted to USDC and distributed proportionally to participants.

#### Estimation of Commercialization Proceeds

* Pre-approved sales contracts in key markets provide demand certainty and set pricing.
* Operational efficiency from large-scale outdoor cultivation in Malawi allows for costs three times lower than indoor production.
* Pilot production data validates expected agricultural yields and financial sustainability.
