# What happens at the end of each crop year?

Each Ortusol production cycle follows a structured process to ensure transparency, efficient revenue distribution and access to detailed financial information for investors.

At the end of the campaign, Assets Web3 will execute a series of key actions to ensure that investors can monitor their returns and access their benefits clearly and easily.

Campaign closing and revenue distribution process

1. Publication of trading results and annual income statement

* A detailed report of the campaign is issued, including production volumes, sales made and margins obtained.
* Income Statements are presented with a breakdown of revenues, costs and net income.
* Investors will be able to access these reports through Ortusol's platform, guaranteeing total transparency.

2. Distribution of income to investors

* Revenues generated from the commercialization of cannabis are distributed proportionally to token holders.
* The payment date and distribution mechanisms will be informed in advance.

3. Withdrawal of earnings ("Claim")

* A "claim" option will be enabled on the platform so that investors can manually withdraw their profits at the time of their choice. 

4. Financial statement disclosures and performance reporting

* Operating income statements are presented, reflecting the profitability obtained and the impact of tokenization on the liquidity of the business.
* Preliminary semi-annual reports are issued to keep investors informed prior to year-end.
